Most of the regulars at the Portomaso Casino poker room have been waiting for this since a long time, and it’s now official: the rake appplied to all cash games has been decreased.
So far, the rake was between 4 and 7%, depending on the size of the pot. It is now closer to 3%, with 1 euro taken for every 25 euros in the pot (1 euro for a pot between 25 and 49 euros, 2 euros between 50 and 74, etc.). The cap is still fixed at 100 euros of rake. These new fees are applied at Portomaso Casino since this week.
